The mission of Beta Alpha Psi, the premier international honor and service organization for financial and business information students and professionals, is to inspire and support excellence by: - Encouraging the study and practice of accounting, finance, business technology, and analytics. - Providing opportunities for service, professional development, and interaction among members and financial professionals; and - Fostering lifelong ethical, social, and public responsibilities.
Beta Alpha Psi will shape the financial and business information professions by developing members into ethical, professional, and confident leaders. We offer a space for networking with accounting/CIS professionals and possible internship opportunities in these fields. Our meetings cover professional topics in the field and presentations from firms interested in offering internships, career exploration, and charitable services. Get to know your peers studying in the same field as you and create a strong foundation for your future career! In order to become a member, one must be an active candidate for at least 1 semester. This requires 60% or more attendance at meetings and a GPA of 3.0 or above. Please reach out if you have any questions :)
